I prefer to send graphical documents to
you as PDF files.
This is the most common
method for sending images over the Internet.
(You can also open and print from these)
Some of you will find that you have the free 'ACROBAT READER' that
enables you to open and use these PDF files, already installed on your
machine. (This small program is often automatically installed along with
other programs.)
If you are not sure if you have the viewer installed,
TRY right-clicking on this sample PDF document and choose
SAVE - to your desk-top. Then, click on it, and see what happens!
(If you see the sample music, then you know that the reader is installed. If
not, then you know you have to get it!)

If the above process works, then this means you can OPEN,
VIEW, SAVE and PRINT from a PDF attachment and / or save it for
future use, etc.
If you don't have the viewer/ reader, go the ADOBE site and download the
free 'Acrobat Viewer'

Go to 'Support' Link and then to 'Downloads' link and make sure you choose the correct operating system
and version that matches your computer.
(MAC users will find a version for
them too!)
ADOBE is a legitimate and reputable company, that manufactures and markets ACROBAT
and other GRAPHICS software. The small program required to
open PDF files this way is absolutely virus free and will not harm your
computer!
